📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of local schools and communities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, parents, and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in education consulting, curriculum development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of educational standards and frameworks, such as National Curriculum or Cambridge.
• Proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on educational products or services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams, or educational CRM systems.
• Certification in educational leadership or business development is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential for effective communication with stakeholders.
