📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end inbound supply chain, including order processing, receiving, putaway, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with distributors, principals, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records using SAP and JDA.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the inbound logistics team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in inbound logistics management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end inbound supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of logistics software, including SAP, JDA, and other industry-standard tools.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or relevant certifications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
