📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using SAP and Oracle.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial support to cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and marketing.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and financial audits.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial accounting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness sector.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
