📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting sales calls and visits to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Preparing and presenting regular sales reports to the management team.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
