📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 IT support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain the network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.,Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues and incidents.,Assist in the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.,Assist in the management and maintenance of IT assets and inventory.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with IT security measures and protocols.,Familiarity with IT management and maintenance tasks.
