This position is based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and operation of our vessels, ensuring compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overall management and operation of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards.
  • Ensuring the safety of crew and passengers, and the vessel itself, through the implementation of best practices and procedures.
  • Planning and executing voyages, including route planning, cargo operations, and port calls.
  • Supervising and mentoring the crew, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensuring the vessel is maintained in a safe and efficient condition, through regular inspections and maintenance schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations, including logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental protection regulations, and implementing measures to minimize the vessel's environmental impact.
  • Participating in emergency response planning and drills, ensuring the crew is prepared to respond effectively to any emergency situation.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage) or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations, industry standards, and safety procedures.
  • Familiarity with cargo operations and port procedures.
  • Ability to work long hours, including on-call and overnight shifts, as required.
  • Commitment to environmental protection and sustainable maritime practices.
