📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages using premium spirits and mixers.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control for bar supplies.
• Ensure the bar area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Greet and serve guests with a warm, professional, and attentive demeanor.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and beverage preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the bar's daily operations and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Proficient in using bar tools and equipment, including shakers, jiggers, and blenders.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
