📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and driver management.,Ensure that all vehicles are in top condition and ready for use.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance team to address any issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and generate reports as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Manage fuel and other vehicle expenses.,Provide support and guidance to new drivers as needed.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Proven experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.🛠️ Keahlian
