CV Pancaran Luhur is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bontang. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure that vehicles are available when needed and that they are used efficiently.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to ensure that goods are transported safely and securely.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle utilization.,Ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and that drivers are following safe driving practices.,Resolve any issues or concerns related to the company's fleet, including accidents, breakdowns, and maintenance problems.,Work with the procurement team to ensure that the company has the necessary vehicles and equipment to meet its business needs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A high school diploma or equivalent.,At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.,Familiarity with fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
