📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, human resources, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the company's growth and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor the management team to ensure effective leadership and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance to make informed business decisions.
  • Lead and participate in business development initiatives to expand the company's market reach.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages innovation and employee development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
