📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the company's business objectives and culture.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, including employment contracts, benefits, and termination procedures.
• Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR operations.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
