Shop Camp Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely, providing a balanced work environment. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet services run smoothly and meet the high standards expected by our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities for events.,Coordinate with event planners and clients to ensure all banquet requirements are met.,Manage the inventory of banquet supplies and ensure they are restocked as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all events run smoothly.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning and management software is a plus.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Friendly and professional demeanor.
