📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.,Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register.,Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.,Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.
