📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials and resources,Conduct training needs analysis and assessment,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Provide feedback and support to employees during training sessions,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with training and development software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English
