This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring smooth operations in our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the barista team, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and train the barista team to ensure high-quality coffee preparation and customer service.,Handle all cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Maintain a clean and organized coffee shop environment.,Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in promoting the coffee shop and engaging with customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
