📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial planning.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the company's financial performance.,Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with the last 5 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting.,Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and improving financial performance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop finance team members.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems, accounting software, and data analysis tools.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
