📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax team, ensuring efficient and effective tax planning and compliance.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize tax savings.,Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the management team.,Monitor and analyze tax trends and developments to identify opportunities for tax planning.,Conduct regular training and development sessions for the tax team.,Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, with the last 3 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficient in tax software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
