Sehati Fitri Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations of our clinic, ensuring the smooth functioning of our dental equipment and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental technology and a passion for providing excellent patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of dental equipment and technology.,Ensure the proper functioning of all dental equipment and technology.,Train and supervise junior technicians.,Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure optimal use of dental technology.,Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Provide technical support to patients and dental staff.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinic operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Technology, Dental Assisting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental technology.,Strong knowledge of dental equipment and technology.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Certification in dental technology or related field is a plus.,Familiarity with dental software and EMR systems is a plus.
