Cafe Hendra Electronics is looking for a Lead Tutor to join our team. The Lead Tutor will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, mentoring and coaching staff, and ensuring the quality of training materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to staff and students,Mentor and coach staff on their professional development,Ensure the quality and accuracy of training materials,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs,Collaborate with the HR team to develop training needs analysis,Maintain and update training records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or training,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to design and develop training materials,Familiarity with learning management systems,Certification in instructional design or training and development is a plus
