• Develop and implement driver training programs that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct training sessions using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Captivate to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Assess driver performance and provide feedback to enhance skills and safety awareness.
• Collaborate with fleet management to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
• Certification in driver training or safety management is a plus.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, and Adobe Captivate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with drivers and management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
