Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that operations align with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
