📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a smile.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.,Check-in and check-out guests according to company policies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.,Handle front desk transactions and payments.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
