Bold Root Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist clients and guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries about our services and facilities.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with event setup and coordination when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
