Apotek Gilang Geprek is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the pharmacy from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage the pharmacy's staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the pharmacy's performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including pharmacy laws and health and safety standards.,Manage the pharmacy's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.,Ensure that the pharmacy meets all quality and safety standards, including proper storage and handling of medications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with remote management and team collaboration tools.,Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
