In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Facilitate employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs, such as training and development initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
