GLEAM Dinamis is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality of service and food. This is a remote position, but you will need to be available for on-site visits and meetings as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Hire, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, and that all staff are properly trained and certified.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure that they are handled in a professional and satisfactory manner.,Work closely with the corporate office to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, food cost control, and menu planning.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the restaurant location as needed for on-site visits and meetings.,Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
