📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Present products or services to potential customers and address their needs and concerns.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and construction industry trends.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian language and English is a plus.
