📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the creation of user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.
  • Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technical writing.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the documentation team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
