📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process from start to finish, including customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and closing deals.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.,Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all transactions are processed correctly and promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and sales floor.,Assist in stocking and organizing products to ensure they are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel).,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
