📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and reports
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior staff
  • Monitoring cash levels and ensuring sufficient stock
  • Handling cash deposits and withdrawals securely
  • Participating in inventory and stocktake processes

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture
  • Previous experience in a retail or financial environment is a plus
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
