Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive or Assistant Manager to join our General Surgery department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage clinical data collection, entry, and analysis for the General Surgery department.,Support and coordinate research projects, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.,Train and mentor junior staff in clinical data management and research methodologies.,Collaborate with department heads and healthcare professionals to identify data needs and research opportunities.,Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality in accordance with hospital and regulatory policies.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits to enhance data management practices.,Maintain and update clinical databases and research documentation systems.,Provide regular reports and analyses to support decision-making within the department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical data management or research support in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of clinical data management software and research methodologies.,Certification in clinical data management or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.
