We are seeking a highly experienced Senior MICE Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and executing MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, organize, and execute MICE events from inception to completion.,Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event operations.,Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.,Oversee venue selection, logistics, and catering services.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Analyze event data to improve future events and client satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MICE services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in MICE operations.,Strong knowledge of event planning and management software.,Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and local regulations.,Fluent in English, with additional language skills an advantage.,Certification in event management or relevant field is a plus.
