📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare staff.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill employees.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are meeting their training objectives.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Certification in training and development or a related field is a plus.
