📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.,Monitor and analyze water quality parameters to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the wastewater treatment processes.,Train and mentor junior staff on wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address environmental challenges and implement innovative solutions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential environmental hazards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations and maintenance.,Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, including biological, chemical, and physical treatment methods.,Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent, are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for water quality analysis and system modeling.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
