📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.,Monitor vessel performance, including fuel consumption, speed, and route optimization.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment.,Coordinate with port authorities, crew members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth port operations.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide guidance and support to junior crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance logs and crew performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of leading and managing maritime operations with a focus on safety and efficiency.,Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid Marine Superintendence Certificate (MSC) or equivalent certification.

🛠️ Keahlian
