📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
