📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with company goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop customized training solutions.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance management processes.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and training, with a focus on manufacturing or related industries.
• Certification in HR management or training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATD, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
