📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily maintenance activities for HVAC systems across various facilities.
Manage a team of technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC equipment.
Implement energy-efficient strategies to optimize system performance.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and maintain detailed maintenance schedules and reports.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and management.
Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., NATE, ACCA) is a plus.
Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong knowledge of energy management systems and energy-efficient technologies.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) is a plus.
