Business Development Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia is looking for a Business Development Specialist with Mandarin-speaking skills to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect Indonesian businesses with Chinese-speaking clients in the securities industry. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be the bridge between our clients and our investment products, helping to drive growth and success for both parties.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on investment products. You will work closely with our sales and investment teams to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that our products are well-positioned in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Provide expert advice on investment products and services to help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales and investment teams to ensure that clients' needs are met and that our products are well-positioned in the market.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and track client accounts, ensuring that all client needs are met and that account performance is optimized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the financial services industry.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian and Chinese financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
