📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and trends.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with the retail team to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Analyze sales data to forecast demand and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to retail stores and manage any delays or issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or a related role in the retail industry.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail operations and understanding of customer needs.
• Certification in procurement or inventory management is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
