📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
• Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Support the management team in strategic HR planning and forecasting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
