HSE Building Supervisor - Construction & Facility Management

As an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Building Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our projects in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will oversee daily site activities, implement safety protocols, and manage environmental responsibilities, all while working with a dynamic team of professionals.

As an HSE Building Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring that all construction and facility management activities adhere to industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that safety and environmental concerns are addressed proactively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily construction and facility management activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, and document findings and corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety and environmental management plans for projects.
• Train and supervise workers on HSE procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management and pollution control.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE supervision, with a focus on construction and facility management.
• Certification in OSHA, NEBOSH, or other relevant safety and environmental management programs.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using MS Office, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
