In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system using Oracle SCM Cloud, conducting regular stock audits, and implementing strategies to reduce waste and improve stock turnover. You'll also be involved in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory records using Oracle SCM Cloud
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
• Implement and monitor inventory control policies and procedures
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on inventory status and trends
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve stock turnover
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment
• Proficient in using Oracle SCM Cloud or similar inventory management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Certification in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
