📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide strategic legal advice to the management team on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Conduct legal due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise on corporate governance and risk management.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Stay updated with legal developments and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
