You'll work closely with our retail stores to troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and ensure our customers have a smooth shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including data centers, head office, and retail stores.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance reviews.
• Implement and manage IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all locations, providing technical support to retail stores.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our POS (Point of Sale) systems, inventory management software, and other retail-specific applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending improvements to our systems.
• Work closely with our retail managers to ensure our IT systems meet their business needs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and support.
• Proven experience in managing IT teams and implementing IT policies.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, and storage solutions.
• Familiarity with retail-specific software and applications, such as POS systems and inventory management software.
• Certifications in ITIL, Cisco, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
